15 Allowances and expenses etc. for former members and the estates of persons who die while a member

(1) A person who is a former member is to be paid the allowances, and expenses, relating to the person ceasing to be a member that are determined from time to time, under section 46, by the Remuneration Tribunal. (2) The estate of a person who dies while the person is a member is to be paid any allowance determined from time to time, under section 46A, by the Remuneration Tribunal in recognition that allowances are not payable to such persons under subsection (1) of this section.
