Division 7—Driving on a closed thoroughfare 2.16 No driving on closed thoroughfare (1) A person shall not drive or take a vehicle on a closed thoroughfare unless— (a) that is in accordance with any limits or exceptions specified in the order made under section 3.50 of the Act; or (b) the person has first obtained a permit. closed thoroughfare means a thoroughfare wholly or partially closed under section 3.50 or 3.50A of the Act.
