4208 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 13 November 2020 (d) “Head to Head” Betting Markets (where the “Draw” is not a Selection); (e) “Line” or “Handicap” Betting Markets (where a “Draw” is not a Selection). (f) Draws: If the result of a match after Golden Point/Super Time/Sudden Death extra time is a draw, then the Dead Heat Rule will apply to all bets where a result has not occurred. All winning margin bets will be deemed unsuccessful bets as neither team has won the match. 489. Extra Time Markets Extra time in relation to relevant rugby markets only is defined as any scheduled period of play between the end of the second half and the end of the match. Extra time does not include penalty shoot-outs. All extra time betting markets start from the beginning of extra time and ignore events in normal time. For example, if the game finishes 21-21 at the end of normal time, and there are 14 points scored in extra time, then the extra time total points market will be settled as 14. Where a match is incomplete, abandoned or postponed and resumed or played within 48 hrs of the original scheduled date, all wagers stand. Once the 48 hrs have expired all single wagers are void and wagers will be refunded. Affected Multis will be recalculated excluding that event or leg. If a game has started and is abandoned before the completion of the match (i.e. 80 minutes) bets will be void unless an official result is declared by those teams’ governing body in which case that official result will govern match and handicap settlement. All other markets will be void unless their result is already decided. Bets are void for special markets such as total number of points, number of tries etc on abandoned matches unless the respective number equals or exceeds the maximum quote at the time of abandonment, (i.e. if 35 points or more was quoted in the match and this number has been attained at the time of abandonment—bets on this market stand). This only applies when the number is equal to or greater than the maximum quote. Bets on last tryscorer / team to score last / team to score last try / last scoring play will all be void in the event of abandonment. 490. Futures Grand Final Winner /Regular Season Winner / Make The Grand Final markets are All In Betting. All Teams are considered to be starters regardless of any point deductions due to breaches of rules or regulations. Any decision made by the Governing Body regarding any loss of a Premiership after the Grand Final has been played, will be deemed null and void, all bets will still stand. For matches that have extra time that is not resulted on the first points scored in the extra time period, and where the draw option is offered, the wager is decided on the result at the end of normal time (i.e. extra time— an extension of normal time -not included.) Where the draw option is not offered, the Dead Heat Rule applies. In handicap and totals betting, where the line or total is a whole number, if the score lands on the line or total all wagers are void and wagers will be refunded, unless a handicap draw option is offered. Affected Multis will be recalculated excluding that event or leg. 491. Finish Last/Bottom is All In Betting, paid out on the team that has the least amount of wins in the home and away season. For ‘First and Last Scoring Plays’ and First Points markets, if the match remains scoreless after normal and any extra time, then single wagers are void and wagers will be refunded. Affected Multis will be recalculated excluding that event or leg. 492.
