58 Certain contributors retired to be deemed on leave of absence
A pensioner in receipt of pension under section 42 of the Superannuation Ordinance or regulation 34 shall, for the purposes of these Regulations, be deemed to be on leave of absence without pay, and: (a) shall not be required to contribute in respect of the period of that leave; and (b) is not entitled to any additional units of pension or non‑contributory units during that period.
