#### 77 Evidence 77 Evidence > A certificate signed by the Secretary certifying any one or more of the following— > > > (a) that a specified person was or was not, on a day or during a specified period, the holder of a permit, > > > (b) that any permit was or was not, on a day or during a specified period, subject to specified conditions, > > > (c) that any permit was or was not, on a day or during a specified period, suspended, > > is admissible in any proceedings under this Act and is prima facie evidence of the matters so certified.
