70 Disposal of surrendered or seized paintball markers
The Local Court may, on application by an authorised officer or by any person who claims to be the owner of a paintball marker surrendered to or seized by an authorised officer in accordance with this Act, order that the paintball marker—
(a) be forfeited to the Crown, or
(b) be returned to the person claiming to be the owner of the paintball marker, or
(c) be otherwise disposed of in such manner as the Court thinks fit.
