#### 23 Grounds for suspension or cancellation of a permit 23 Grounds for suspension or cancellation of a permit > Each of the following constitutes grounds for suspending or cancelling a permit— > > > (a) the holder of a permit is not a suitable person to hold the permit, > > > (b) the holder of a permit is not entitled to hold the permit, > > > (c) the holder of a permit has requested the Secretary to suspend or cancel the permit, > > > (d) the permit was granted in error, > > > (e) the Secretary has determined to suspend or cancel the permit under Part 5, > > > (f) any other grounds prescribed by the regulations.
