87 Transitional—extension of Act to persons who are not employees and employers
(1) This section applies in relation to an employer determination that: (a) is made under the Act, as applied by Part 6‑3 of the Paid Parental Leave Rules 2010; and (b) is in force immediately before 1 April 2021. (2) The employer determination has effect on and after 1 April 2021 as if it were an employer determination under the Act as applied by Part 11 of this instrument.
