85 Saving—claims made before 1 April 2021
Despite the repeal of the Paid Parental Leave Rules 2010 by Schedule 1 to this instrument those rules continue to apply in relation to: (a) a claim for parental leave pay for a child made by a person before 1 April 2021; and (b) a claim for dad and partner pay for a child made by a person before 1 April 2021.
