79 Extension of Act to persons who are not employees and employers—Australian Federal Police
For the purposes of subsection 299(1) of the Act, the Secretary may make an employer determination for the following persons who are in a relationship that is similar to the relationship between an employer and an employee: (a) the AFP Commissioner; (b) a person who is an AFP officer (other than the AFP Commissioner).
