77 Extension of Act to persons who are not employees and employers—Queensland law enforcement officers
For the purposes of subsection 299(1) of the Act, the Secretary may make an employer determination for the following persons who are in a relationship that is similar to the relationship between an employer and an employee: (a) the Crown in right of Queensland; (b) a person who is a law enforcement officer of Queensland.
