75 Extension of Act to persons who are not employees and employers—law enforcement officers of certain States and Territories

For the purposes of subsection 299(1) of the Act, the Secretary may make an employer determination for the following persons who are in a relationship that is similar to the relationship between an employer and an employee: (a) the Commissioner of Police of a State or Territory (other than Queensland or the Australian Capital Territory); (b) a person who is a law enforcement officer of that State or Territory (other than the Commissioner of Police).
