56A Work health and safety
For the purposes of paragraph 55(1)(b), this section covers a disclosure that is reasonably necessary to assist a: (a) Commonwealth agency (including the Human Services Department); or (b) State agency; or (c) Territory agency, to manage a potential or actual work health and safety risk to that agency at premises where the Human Services Department is present.
