#### 986 Application of amendments made by Schedule 3 (1) The amendments of regulations 131, 134 and 322 made by Schedule 3 to the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Amendment (2024 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2024 apply in relation to applications for a licence made on or after 1 August 2024. (2) The amendments of regulations 135 and 326 made by Schedule 3 to the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Amendment (2024 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2024 apply in relation to work carried out under a licence on or after 1 August 2024 whether the licence was granted before, on or after that day. (3) The amendments of regulation 345 made by Schedule 3 to the Ozone Protection and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Management Amendment (2024 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2024 apply in relation to an application made on or after 1 August 2024.
