#### 981 Decisions relating to grants of permits—fit and proper person test The amendments of regulation 102 made by Schedule 1 to the amending regulations apply in relation to the making of a decision on or after the commencement time relating to the grant of a permit, whether the application for the permit is made before, on or after that time.
