967 Transitional—internal review

(1) This regulation applies in relation to an application if: (a) the application was made under subregulation 316(1) of the old regulations before the commencement day; and (b) immediately before that day, a decision on the application has not been made. (2) Despite the amendments of subregulation 316(1) by Schedule 2 to the amending regulations, that subregulation, as in force immediately before the commencement day, continues to apply in relation to the application as if the amendments had not happened.
