965 Transitional—pending applications for licences and permits etc.

(1) This regulation applies in relation to an application if: (a) the application was made under the old regulations before the commencement day; and (b) immediately before that day, a decision on the application has not been made. (2) Despite the amendments made by Schedule 2 to the amending regulations, the old regulations continue to apply in relation to the application as if the amendments had not happened.
