964 The Fire Protection Industry (Ozone Depleting Substances and Synthetic Greenhouse Gas) Board—continuation

(1) An appointment: (a) made under paragraph 311(1)(a) of the old regulations; and (b) in force immediately before the commencement day; has effect, on and after that day, as if it had been made under paragraph 307A(1)(a) as inserted by the amending regulations. (2) An authorisation: (a) given under paragraph 311(1)(b) of the old regulations; and (b) in force immediately before the commencement day; has effect, on and after that day, as if it had been given under subparagraph 307A(1)(c)(ii) as inserted by the amending regulations.
