900 Periodic reports by manufacturers, importers and exporters of scheduled substances and equipment

(1) For the purposes of subsection 46(1) of the Act, a report given by a person to the Minister, must be prepared in accordance with this regulation. (2) The person must keep a copy of the report for 5 years from the date the report is submitted to the Minister. (3) The report must state the following: (a) the name and address of the person; (b) the combination of numbers, letters or symbols used to provide a unique identifier for the licence (if any) granted to the person under section 16 of the Act; (c) the reporting period to which the report relates; (d) the information required by the following table.
