#### 2B Bulk scheduled substances and equipment
For the purposes of subsection 9(5) of the Act, an HCFC or HFC that is in a polyol blend:
(a) is taken to be a bulk scheduled substance; and
(b) is taken not to be contained in equipment; and
(c) is taken not to be used in the operation of equipment.
