245 Review of decisions
An application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a decision by the Minister: (a) under regulation 242: (i) not to grant a feedstock permit; or (ii) to grant a permit to use a particular amount of methyl bromide; or (iii) not to grant a permit to use methyl bromide to manufacture a particular chemical; or (iv) to grant a permit to buy a particular amount of methyl bromide from a particular supplier; or (b) to cancel or suspend a permit under paragraph 244(1)(a).
