#### 223 Records of use—feedstock (1) A person who uses methyl bromide as a feedstock must keep a record of the following information in relation to each day on which the person uses methyl bromide as a feedstock: (a) the date; (b) the amount of methyl bromide used by the person as a feedstock on the day; (c) the type and amount of chemical or chemicals that the methyl bromide was used to manufacture; (d) what, if any, measures were taken to minimise methyl bromide emissions. (2) The person must retain the record for 5 years from the day to which the record relates. (4) The person must give the Minister a copy of a record retained under subregulation (2) within 14 days after receiving a request in writing from the Minister for a copy of the record. Strict liability offence (5) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subregulation (1), (2) or (4). Penalty: 50 penalty units. Civil penalty provision (6) A person is liable to a civil penalty if the person contravenes subregulation (1), (2) or (4). Civil penalty: 60 penalty units.
