155Contravening conditions of special circumstances exemption

#### 155 Contravening conditions of special circumstances exemption (1) A person contravenes this subregulation if: (a) the person is the holder of a special circumstances exemption granted under regulation 151; and (b) the exemption is subject to a condition to be complied with by the person; and (c) the person does an act or omits to perform an act; and (d) the act or omission contravenes the condition. Strict liability offence (2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if the person contravenes subregulation (1). Penalty: 50 penalty units. Civil penalty provision (3) A person is liable to a civil penalty if the person contravenes subregulation (1). Civil penalty: 60 penalty units. > Note: Regulation numbers 156 to 199 (inclusive) are reserved for future use.
