#### 65W Simplified outline of this Part Certain decisions made under this Act are reviewable under this Part. The applicant or licensee in relation to a reviewable decision made by a delegate may apply to the Minister for the decision to be reconsidered. If the decision is to be reconsidered by a delegate, the delegate must not have been involved in making the original decision. After reconsidering the original decision, the Minister or delegate must affirm, vary or set aside the original decision. Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of: (a) a reviewable decision made by the Minister personally; or (b) a decision made on a reconsideration of a reviewable decision.
