#### 58 Goods forfeited to Commonwealth (1) If a person is convicted of an offence against this Act or the regulations for a contravention of a provision referred to in subsection 57(1), all forfeitable goods to which the offence relates are, by force of the conviction, forfeited to the Commonwealth. (2) If a civil penalty order is made against a person for a contravention of a provision referred to in subsection 57(1), all forfeitable goods to which the contravention relates are, by force of the order, forfeited to the Commonwealth.
