#### 13 Exemptions 13 Exemptions > > (1) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to exemptions (whether or not subject to conditions) from compliance with all or specified provisions of the regulations, including provision— > > > > > (a) authorising the Authority or the Minister to grant such an exemption, and > > > > > (b) specifying circumstances in which an exemption granted under any law of another State, a Territory or the Commonwealth relating to stratospheric ozone protection is to be considered to be an exemption granted under the regulations. > > > (2) The regulations may authorise the granting of an exemption by the Minister only if the exemption is— > > > > > (a) granted on the recommendation of the Authority, or > > > > > (b) granted to apply for a period not exceeding 60 days.
