60C Authorised officers subject to Workforce Inspectorate Victoria's directions

S. 60C(1) amended by Nos 14/2021 s. 83(2), 35/2025 s. 86(2).

(1) An authorised officer is subject to the Workforce Inspectorate Victoria's directions in the performance of the authorised officer's functions or exercise of the authorised officer's powers under this Act or the regulations.

(2) A direction under subsection (1) may be of a general nature or may relate to a specified matter or specified class of matter.
