13 Contents and availability of information booklet

(1) An information booklet must contain the information, and be in the form, determined by the Minister.

(2) The Workforce Inspectorate Victoria must make information booklets available to hirers and freight brokers on request.

(3) The Workforce Inspectorate Victoria may make the booklets available, and publish them, on the Internet or in any other manner the Workforce Inspectorate Victoria considers appropriate.
