222 Liability for damages
None of the following: (a) the Commissioner; (b) a delegate of the Commissioner; is liable to an action or other proceeding for damages for, or in relation to, an act or matter in good faith done or omitted to be done: (c) in the performance or purported performance of any function; or (d) in the exercise or purported exercise of any power; conferred on the Commissioner by or under this Act.
