209 Disclosure to Secretary, or APS employees, for advising the Minister
For the purpose of advising the Minister, the Commissioner may disclose information to: (a) the Secretary; or (b) an APS employee in the Department who is authorised, in writing, by the Secretary for the purposes of this section.
