#### 190 Online Safety Special Account (1) The Online Safety Special Account is continued in existence. (2) The Account is a special account for the purposes of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013. (3) The Account is to be administered by the ACMA. (4) An amount must not be debited from the Account without the written approval of the Commissioner.
