#### 159 Federal Court may order a person to cease supplying an internet carriage service (1) If the Commissioner is satisfied that: (a) a person is the supplier of an internet carriage service; and (b) there were 2 or more occasions during the previous 12 months on which the person contravened a civil penalty provision of this Part; and (c) as a result of those contraventions, the continued operation of that internet carriage service represents a significant community safety risk; the Commissioner may apply to the Federal Court for an order that the person cease supplying that internet carriage service. (2) If the Federal Court is satisfied, on such an application, that: (a) the person is the supplier of an internet carriage service; and (b) there were 2 or more occasions during the previous 12 months on which the person contravened a civil penalty provision of this Part; and (c) as a result of those contraventions, the continued operation of that internet carriage service represents a significant community safety risk; the Federal Court may order the person to cease supplying that internet carriage service.
