#### 12 Prescribed terms and conditions For the purposes of subsection 21(2) of the Act, the terms and conditions set out in Part 7 of Determination 2017/06 that apply to a Departmental Secretary (within the meaning of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973) are prescribed.
