165 Actions before commencement date (1) This Act applies to an administrative action of a public authority or conduct of a police officer before the commencement date. (2) However, if an inquiry or investigation is started under the repealed Act in relation to the administrative action or conduct but not completed on the commencement date, the inquiry or investigation must be completed under the repealed Act as if it had not been repealed.
