156 Compliance with requirement as soon as practicable (1) If a person is required under a provision of this Act to inform someone else about a matter or give a document to someone else, the person must comply with the requirement as soon as practicable in the circumstances. (2) Subsection (1) has effect subject to a contrary intention in the provision.
