119 Non-compellable witnesses (1) A person who acts, or has acted, in an official capacity under this Act must not be called to give evidence in any civil, criminal or disciplinary proceeding about any matter coming to the person's knowledge while acting in that capacity. (2) However, subsection (1) does not apply to a proceeding mentioned in section 120(3)(c).
