### sec.77 Secondment as officer of ombudsman A public service officer may be seconded to the ombudsman office. While seconded under this section— the person is taken to be an officer of the ombudsman; and the Public Sector Act 2022 does not apply to the person. s 77 amd 2008 No. 38 s 252 sch 3 ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.77-ssec.1) A public service officer may be seconded to the ombudsman office. (sec.77-ssec.2) While seconded under this section— the person is taken to be an officer of the ombudsman; and the Public Sector Act 2022 does not apply to the person. - (a) the person is taken to be an officer of the ombudsman; and - (b) the Public Sector Act 2022 does not apply to the person.
