### sec.76 Officers
The ombudsman may employ the officers the ombudsman considers necessary for staffing the ombudsman office.
Officers are appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 .
Subject to this Act, the Inspector of Detention Services Act 2022 and any relevant industrial instrument within the meaning of the Industrial Relations Act 2016 , the conditions of service of officers of the ombudsman are those decided by the Governor in Council.

(sec.76-ssec.1) The ombudsman may employ the officers the ombudsman considers necessary for staffing the ombudsman office.
