Division 2.2 Monitoring police compliance with Crimes (Child Sex Offenders) Act 2005 (2) For the purposes of an investigation under this Act, an authorised person is entitled to inspect any documents relevant to the investigation that are kept at premises entered under this section at a reasonable time of the day arranged with the principal officer of the agency concerned.
