37 Determination of fees and witness expenses etc (1) The Speaker may, after consulting with the ombudsman, determine— (a) fees and expenses payable to witnesses appearing before the (b) matters connected with those fees and expenses. (2) A determination is a notifiable instrument. Note A notifiable instrument must be notified under the Legislation Act 2001.
