30A Direction to ombudsman’s staff The ombudsman’s staff are not subject to direction from anyone other than the following people in relation to the exercise of the ombudsman’s functions: (a) the ombudsman; (b) another member of the ombudsman’s staff authorised by the ombudsman to give directions.
