17H Information may be disclosed to ombudsman The head, or an employee, of a designated entity may disclose any information to the ombudsman that the head or employee believes on reasonable grounds reveals— (a) reportable conduct involving an employee of the entity; or (b) a reportable conviction against an employee of the entity.
