22E Cost of conciliation
[Section 22E of Part III Inserted by No. 33 of 2005, s. 13, Applied:11 Jul 2005] The remuneration of a conciliator is to be borne by the parties to the conciliation in any proportions as the parties may agree or, failing agreement, in equal shares or as otherwise directed by the Ombudsman.
