22 Notice of refusal to investigate
(1) [Section 22 Subsection (1) amended by No. 33 of 2005, s. 12, Applied:11 Jul 2005] Where the Ombudsman is precluded by this Act from entertaining, or refuses to entertain, a complaint, resolves a complaint under section 20A(3) or refuses to continue an investigation of any matter raised in a complaint, he shall inform the complainant in writing of his decision.
(2) Every such decision shall state the reasons on which it is based.
