#### 37 Protection from civil actions Civil proceedings do not lie against a person in respect of loss, damage or injury of any kind suffered by another person by reason of any of the following acts done in good faith: (a) the making of a complaint to the Ombudsman under this Act; (b) the making of a statement to, or the furnishing of a document or information to, a person, being an officer within the meaning of section 35, for the purposes of this Act, whether or not the statement was made, or the document or information was furnished, in pursuance of a requirement under section 9 or an order under section 11A; (c) the provision of reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of a power under section 14 or 14A (including that section as applied by another provision of this Act).
