#### 21AZH National Student Ombudsman may notify of misconduct The National Student Ombudsman may, at any time, bring evidence to the notice of the higher education principal executive officer of a higher education provider if, in the opinion of the National Student Ombudsman: (a) the evidence suggests that a higher education officer of the provider has engaged in misconduct; and (b) the evidence is, in all the circumstances, of sufficient force to justify the National Student Ombudsman doing so.
