#### 21AT Investigations (1) The National Student Ombudsman may investigate action taken by a higher education provider: (a) on complaint made under this Part; or (b) on the National Student Ombudsman’s own initiative. (2) However, the National Student Ombudsman must not investigate an excluded action.
