#### 20ZHB Responsibility to provide facilities and assistance (1) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is the occupier of, or is in charge of, a place mentioned in paragraph 20SA(a); and (b) the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman exercises, or purports to exercise, the powers mentioned in paragraph 20SA(b) in relation to the place; and (c) the person does not provide the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman with reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of those powers. Penalty: 30 penalty units. (2) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person is the occupier of, or is in charge of, a place entered mentioned in paragraph 20TA(a); and (b) the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman exercises, or purports to exercise, the powers mentioned in paragraph 20TA(b) in relation to the place; and (c) the person does not provide the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman with reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of those powers. Penalty: 30 penalty units.
