#### 20W Consultation with Australian Competition and Consumer Commission If the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman considers, as a result of an investigation under this Division, that there might have been conduct in the nature of a restrictive trade practice for the purposes of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman must, before reporting on the matter under section 20V: (a) consult with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission; and (b) have regard to the advice of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission on the matter.
