20SComplainant to be kept informed

#### 20S Complainant to be kept informed (1) The Private Health Insurance Ombudsman must keep the complainant informed about the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman’s handling of the complaint. (2) The Private Health Insurance Ombudsman must inform the complainant in writing of: (a) any action taken by a private health insurer, a health care provider or private health insurance broker as a result of the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman’s handling of the complaint; and (b) any recommendations made by the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman under section 20Q; and the reasons for the action or recommendation.
